        We're located on the beautiful St.Lawrence Seaway in Cape Vincent, NY sometimes known as the  "Home of the Gamey Black Bass" with the only ferry operating between the Cape and City of Kingston, Ontario, Canada. You'll find us on NYS Rt. 12E midway between Cape Vincent and Clayton, NY.  This region offers a significant vacation setting close to the infamous Boldt Castle in Alexandria Bay which also includes an array of sightseeing and dining  pleasures to complete your vacation desires.  You'll find Sackets Harbor close by, a strategic historical area during the War of 1812. Sackets offers many fine restaurants as well as a playhouse offering plays throughout the summer for your enjoyment.

             

For your vacation enjoyment we offer the following:

This is the newest cottage built in 2001 with a ramp right up to the door for a wheelchair if necessary. Featuring all the amenities of home with a loft for your viewing and sleeping comforts.  There are two bedrooms, plus the loft, sleeper sofa - enough room to sleep 8!  Included is a TV with cable, VCR and  microwave, stove, refrigerator etc. It's spacious, with good swimming and fishing, fantastic views from the main dock and from the cottage deck with delicious purified village drinking water. Just bring your sheets, pillow cases, blankets and whatever else you think you might need. Everything else is here, including a  grill!  (Pets with exception)

The rate for this season is $700 per week. Don't wait to book your time.  We expect the dates to fill very quickly!!   We require a $200 deposit with the balance due at possession.  We will accept check, Money Order, bank check or cash.  If you must cancel and we are unable to re-rent, your deposit will be forfeited. The check-in time is 12:00 on Saturday and checkout time at 10:00 on the following Saturday. Donna will be happy to give you any other details you may need.
